Angry Birds

If you have a smartphone, you probably already know about this game.  But if you haven't played it yet, here's my take on it.

Personally I think this game is a little bit over-hyped but it can be pretty addictive.  The object of the game is to slingshot birds into obstacles and kill your enemies(pigs).  The gameplay is pretty easy to get the hang of and it's great for killing some time.  You start out with one type of bird that just slams into whatever you fling em at, but as you progress you unlock birds with special abilities like dropping egg bombs and such.  As a secondary objective the game ranks you on structural damage that you do to the enemy fort, but you can just focus on killing the pigs to beat the levels.  Another plus is that it's free, so there's really no reason not to try it out.

I can't really think of any negatives to list as it's pretty well done.  There are some other games that I like a bit more but overall this one is definitely worth getting.

"Yes, how much does it cost?"
"Nothing, you just have to watch some commercials. On cocaine!"

Angry Birds has the most frightening business model of all time.
